Shipping
Domestic Shipping
We offer complimentary free shipping on Domestic (Within the Continental USA) orders equal to or above $100 USD in value. Orders totaling under $100 will be charged a flat rate shipping fee of $15 USD within the Continental USA. All Alaska and Hawaii shipping will be a flat rate shipping of $20.
Orders with a shipping address in the USA will be shipped via UPS, FedEx, DHL, or USPS. We select a carrier based on the order size, weight, item size, etc. for the most efficient delivery.
NOTE: Orders that are shipped to APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, USA territories, and PO Boxes cannot be expedited, and will be shipped via USPS First Class Package or USPS Priority Mail.
International Shipping
All international orders will be shipped via DHL, UPS, or USPS. Upon clearing customs, the package(s) may be transferred to your destination country's appropriate postal carriers and service providers. Our automated shipping system calculates shipping costs based on the weight of the items including all packaging. For large works, the size of the package may contribute additional costs, or a combination of weight, size, and total order value will be used to quote shipping costs. If there are any discrepancies, we will get in touch with you directly via email to arrange a solution. International Shipments often require extra padded packaging to ensure the safe delivery of your items and is reflected in the flat rate shipping cost quoted at checkout.
Customs Duty, Taxes, VAT, Brokerage Fees
All international shipments worldwide will go through the appropriate customs/duty inspections upon arrival in your destination country. Before placing an order, check with your local post office or government resources for information on shipments originating from the USA. There may be a maximum value of goods for which you won't be charged any customs/duty or taxes. If the value exceeds any limits, you may have to pay additional duties and fees at the time of delivery. Typically you will be contacted to arrange payment for any fees before the goods can be cleared for local delivery. JANI Studios will not be held responsible for any packages held in customs, or for any customs, duty, or brokerage fees owed. If you refuse a shipment, we may not be able to issue a full refund. It is your responsibility to understand your local/government policies before making purchases in our shop.
Freight Forwarding Companies
Some international customers have found that by ordering items through a freight forwarding service with a USA based address, international shipping costs can be mitigated. We will not be held responsible for delayed/lost shipments due to using any freight forwarding service. Use these services at your own risk.
Tracking / Order Status
Orders are generally processed and shipped within 3-5 business days from the USA during business hours (Monday - Friday, 10:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M., Pacific Standard Time). Orders placed over the weekend or during a major holiday typically will be shipped the following business day. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the order and tracking information. In certain cases, it may take up to 48 hours to see movement on the carrier's website, especially for International orders.

Refund/Returns
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you find any broken items or are in any way unsatisfied with items you purchased, feel free to return them for a full refund*.
To initiate the refund process, send us an email at info@janistudios.com with any relevant photos of broken items/refund inquiries. Please let us know if there are any available items in the shop of equal or lesser value, and we may be able to ship out another item for your trouble.
Notification by email is required within 30 days of receipt of the shipment on all refunds. All unbroken items must be returned in "as-new" condition. The buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping fees. Instructions and return address will be provided by email. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us directly at info@janistudios.com.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
All tableware and functional objects can not be returned if used.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for any new items as exchanges cannot be guaranteed.
Refund Status
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll automatically be refunded through your original payment method. Please remember it can take several business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
*Shipping costs will not be refunded.
